Prawns Fritters by Jeannie Lee
1 cup self raising flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp oil
Pinch of salt
200ml of ice water from the fridge
Mixed the above to form thick batter.
Dip prawns into batter n fry till golden colour or till cooked
