IngredientsMinced pork (marinate with sesame oil, light soy sauce, pepper and cornflour)
Mushrooms (diced)
Chilli padi
Garlic (chopped)
Olive vegetables (2tbsp)
Salted soya beans (1tbsp)
Sugar
MethodHeat oil in wok, fry garlic and salted soya beans until fragrant. Add in mushrooms, minced pork and chilli. At last add in olive vegetables and sugar to taste.
