3 pcs shallots
10 pcs big chilli
4 small chilli
Lime juice 4 spoons
Lime zest
Sugar 1 tsp
Ginger plant bud (bunga siantan) three pcs
Salt a bit
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp (to taste)
Light sauce
Method
- Blend chilli, onion n lime skin.
- Add the rest of ingredients.
- Serve with light sauce just before consuming.
