Baked chilli Stingray by Jeannie Lee



Seasoned with a little salt on the stingray for 2 hours. Before bake, I spread the sambal chilli evenly on the fish. Squeeze some lemon juice on it and put to bake. Temp 200deg C for 30mins.
Squeeze some lemon juice before you eat.
