Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce



Ingredients:
  • 4 large : Fresh tomatoes (chopped)
  • 300 gm : Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp : Tomato puree
  • 11/2 : Fresh capsicum
  • 1 medium : Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp : Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1 tsp : Black pepper (or as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp : Olive oil
  • 400gm : Cherry tomatoes


Directions:
  1. Put olive oil in a pan. Add onions, capsicum and tomatoes into it. Cover the pan and let these ingredients to tender for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, black pepper and tomato puree into it. Stir it for a minute and tomato sauce is ready.
  3. Boil the spaghetti with a little bit of salt and add these into the tomato sauce. It's ready to be served.
