Ingredients:
- 4 large : Fresh tomatoes (chopped)
- 300 gm : Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp : Tomato puree
- 11/2 : Fresh capsicum
- 1 medium : Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp : Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp : Black pepper (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp : Olive oil
- 400gm : Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
- Put olive oil in a pan. Add onions, capsicum and tomatoes into it. Cover the pan and let these ingredients to tender for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper and tomato puree into it. Stir it for a minute and tomato sauce is ready.
- Boil the spaghetti with a little bit of salt and add these into the tomato sauce. It's ready to be served.
