Ingredients
- 1/2 cup : Rice (soaked)
- 5 cup : Milk
- 250 ml : Double-cream
- 1/2 cup : Sugar (or as per your taste)
- 4 : Cardomon seeds
- 1 tbsp : Kewra water
- 4 medium : Carrots (grated)
- 1 pinch : Salt
Directions:
- Soak the rice for at least one hour and then boil them with a pinch of salt until they become extra soft.
- Pour milk and grated carrots into the boiled rice and cook it for half an hour.
- Put sugar and cardamom seeds into it and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Then pour cream into it and cook for another 10 minutes. In the end put kewra water into it.
- Place it in the fridge for few hours, as it's delicious if served cold.
