Imperial Steam Fishmaw Chicken by Sugar Ng



Marinate your chicken
Soaked your mushrooms
Wash fishmaw and scald in hot boiling water for 2-4 mins
( add a slice of ginger optional)
Take out and drained.


Put chicken, ginger slice, mushrooms fish maws and any herbs you like and steam for 20-30 mins.

Done and serve.
